Can you bring your full awareness to all that IS, right now … ?
Can you place your conscious attention on ALL that IS here, right NOW, already … ?
We have a choice, you and I. To place attention on what IS, or to place attention on what we perceive ISN’T (or seemingly wasn’t). And that choice, is one that we have in every single NOW moment.
Rather then focusing on what you perceive to be missing, on what you perceive to be lacking, on what you perceive is not here right now, focus you attention lovingly on ALL THAT IS . . . . . . and feel in to that, more.
There is no need to ‘write them out loud’ … You know the ISN’Ts that you keep on picking up and playing around with … You know these overfamiliar ‘blind alleyways’, that keep you from SEEING all that is, right here in this now.
So rather then the narrow hardness of what you perceive is not, of what you perceive was not, turn around and look honestly … Look honestly (which does not mean looking with rose-tinted glasses, or looking with the dark glasses you have grown accustomed to), and SEE that the very quality you perceive to be missing, you perceive to be lacking, is right under your nose, already present right NOW … and then feel in to that MORE.
See and feel all the joy that IS.
See and feel all the happiness that IS.
See and feel all the stillness that IS.
See and feel all the steadiness that IS.
See and feel all the calm that IS.
See and feel all the peace that IS.
See and feel all the wellness that IS.
See and feel all the abundance that IS.
See and feel ALL the LOVE that IS!
Untangle yourself from what you perceive is not, for it is only you that is tying a knot around this notion … and shine light on ALL that IS already.
It’s really very simple. Look ‘left’, or look ‘right’. Your choice………. Look towards IS, or look towards ISN’T. Your choice……….
Enough with dwelling in the ISN’Ts.
CHOOSE to SEE all that is, now … for NOW is the only moment where you will ever truly experience ALL THAT IS. Choose to feel wholeheartedly, ALL THAT IS … and then be present as it expands!!
