Ever feel like you’re chasing a carrot . . . ?

Translation : Are you placing a weight of ‘importance’ on to something, or someone, ‘outside’ of your Self? Focusing your attention on to the thing ‘out there’ that seems to be the source of your happiness, the source of ALL happiness, as supposed to being in, and moving from the Now over here?

We all navigate around an ‘outside’ point at times. It’s like the carrot becomes the golden centre, and WE dance around it . . . We make choices depending on it. We wait on hold for it to become (or not). And as being without it is not a possibility we allow for, then we do all that we can to get to it,no matter what the dance feels like.

As we place the source of our happiness ‘outside’, we block ourselves from seeing all the other colours of the picture, all the other possibilitiesAs we place the source of our happiness ‘outside’, we thereby feel incomplete, or lesser without it. As we place the source of our happiness ‘outside’, have you noticed, we never truly get thereWhat we perceive to be ‘outside’, remains outside.

The way is the path connected from the Inside Out. The way is not dependent on the shiny thing ‘out there’, not distracted by outcomes we have made to be ‘important’, and not defined by what others may or may not think, feel, or do.

The way is a CONSTANT connection to that thing inside that navigates the waters for you, saying “yes”, saying “no”, saying “I don’t know right now”. Your central point of navigation is not the thing ‘outside’ of you around which you dance and make decisions, that holds you in limited circumference. The central point for you, IS YOUYour responsibility, is YOU. Not dependent, not distracted, not defined by . . . Your responsibility, your source of happiness, is you, from the INSIDE OUT.

Move from the Inside Out this week, and maybe, just maybe, you may be surprised by what comes your way . . .

p.s. Back to carrots, this time from the Inside Out. The carrot doesn’t wait to grow only if someone is going to munch on it some day, or only if it is going to be the most orange of all the carrots ever seen (!) . . . The carrot grows in all of its uniqueness, because THAT is its nature. Its nature is to grow from the Inside Out.
