Remember.
It’s not a competition.
There isn’t a start line, or finish line…… It quite simply is not a race…… against yourself, or another.
There are no prizes, and most certainly not a ‘first‘ prize. And there is no where to get to — no linear a to b.
It’s about EXPANSION. More of you. More of your unique you-ness. More of your BEING-NESS, in all its complete and perfect aliveness.
And this, this will look VERY different for each of us … and that IS the point. That IS the purpose. That IS your purpose.
When we choose (for it is a choice) to see everything in competition, pitting one against another, elevating you against me, judging this one against that one, the we separate. We immediately establish winners and losers — We immediately set someone or something up to fail. And with this fictional dynamic, comes the opposite of ease. With this fictional dynamic, we enter into a never-ending cycle of ‘not good enough‘, of you versus me, of me versus you, and of each of us therefore in continual opposition with our own Self. And with this fictional dynamic, we never really give ourselves permission to rest in to stillness, for we are always running. Running against the imagined competition, running against the illusion, running in essence against our own Self . . .
So PAUSE a moment.
When we pause long enough to truly see this never-ending, self-perpetuating competition (a rivalry, a struggle), then………. Well, then we give ourselves the space to remember that we are here TOGETHER. We give ourselves the space to remember the Oneness. We give ourselves the space to drop our uptight separating shoulders, and fully embrace and celebrate the uniqueness of another. More.
Notice when you find you are placing yourself above or below, putting another up or down. Notice if you are looped in to the binds and throws of comparison and competition with tiresome ‘not good enough‘ ways of thinking. And notice if you have begun covering over your brilliance, for the silly fear that anyone other could possibly be a ‘better you‘ then you…… and then pause… Actually STOP. This thinking supports no one.
See beyond what appears to separate, to instead WILL every being to shine at their brightest … in the same way you would will your own child. You are not obliged to ‘like‘ every unique expression, but simply and clearly to ‘see‘ every unique expression.
So let go of the comparing. YOU are whole … AND unique … and a vibrant expression that is needed JUST AS YOU ARE. Your unique voice. Your unique eyes. Your unique hands. Your unique way of Being. Your unique presence. KNOW that there IS, never was, and never will be, any competition for this.
And so, my only desire is that you EXPAND your You-ness. That you KNOW the truth of you, and bring forth ALL that you are … MORE … And that together, we give one another permission to BE here fully, just as we perfectly are.
