JUDGE NOT.

Judge not.

For each judgement holds you distant.

Each time you judge, it is as though you chip away at your experience … Placing a seemingly subtle and silent screen between yourself and another, filtering out what is really going on, glazing over with an imagined rendition that denies you of the true experience of Being.

+ Each time we judge, we deny ourselves THIS moment.

+ Each time we judge (whether judging ourselves, or judging another), we warp, we distort, and we therefore limit our experience of NOW.

Oftentimes not ‘hearing‘ our own judgements, we move on autopilot through our constructed notions of what is real.

One judgement attracting a second, attracting a third, and a forth, and a fifth . . . and before we know it, a vast vault of judgements opens on up, ‘echoing in‘ a tirade of agitated pre-suppositions.

It’s almost as though we turn on the T.V. set, forgetting that we’ve already pre-selected a filter to cover over whatever we choose to take in. A filter that makes the images seem pixelated and vague. A filter that smears over the details, clouding over what is really going on. A filter of blanket assumptions that makes everything appear apparently ‘wrong‘, apparently ‘separate’, apparently of no real value whatsoever ……… We watch on none-the-less, irritated that things seem rather fuzzy, annoyed that the channel isn’t clear. Forgetting about the filter, forgetting that WE have placed a filter over things, and forgetting that WE, need only pause, take out the filter, and look anew.

So quick to fire judgements . . . So hesitant (it seems), to take an honest seeing pause.

We judge who ‘we‘ are. We judge who ‘they‘ are.

We judge who ‘we‘ aren’t. We judge who ‘they‘ aren’t.

We judge what ‘we‘ do. We judge what ‘they‘ do.

We judge what ‘we‘ don’t do. We judge what ‘they‘ don’t do.

It’s a no win situation.

On and on. One fictionalisation a-top another. Endlessly perpetuating what is not real ……………… Until, that is, we remember to PAUSE.

+ Pausing the insane (and inane) comparisons, assessments, and assumptions, that have it be that nothing will ever be ‘good enough‘.

+ Pausing the mean hardened thinking, that loves no-one, ourselves or any other.

+ Pausing the out of control torrent of sabotage, and CHOOSING to see again.

Notice from where judgement arises, and pause.

Let your Self BE the clear channel of awareness.

Pause, and without judgement, SEE.
