Get in to it more.
And that does not mean try harder, or ‘do’ more . . .
Drop in more to whatever you are doing. Listen more. Look more. Laugh more. Relax more. Whatever, just MORE . . . Really experience the experience, more.
Sometimes we all feel a little lacklustre, and yet when we just commit to getting in to it a little more, it’s as if our eyes and ears open to another level.
Getting in to it more allows you to inhabit NOW more in every way. Everything becomes more interesting, more curious, more expansive, infinitely more exciting. We see more, we hear more, we receive more . . . and above all we are ‘there’, wherever we are, MORE.
And I literally mean getting in to ALL of it. Not just that thing over there that seems more interesting, important or lovely. I mean whatever you are doing. The tying your shoe laces, the drinking the glass of water, the walking to the bus stop, and yes, I mean the going for a pee too! ESPECIALLY the things that seem mundane and ordinary, those are the very things to get in to MORE. Get more involved in this now, not ‘because’, not ‘later’, this now.
Let ‘MORE’ bring you back to what is really going on . To what really matters — which is not that running dialogue in your head!
What happens when you get in to it just a little bit MORE?
