Reframe.
Almost every day something comes up . . . Something that doesn’t quite sit right, something unexpected, uncomfortable, or something that just isn’t wholly as we would like it to be. Maybe a conversation turned sour. Maybe you felt you tripped up, or felt lacklustre. Maybe you were frustrated. Or maybe a challenge arose out of the blue that knocked you for six.
No matter what the ‘apparent’ picture, no matter how big or small it seems to be, no matter how hard or silly, can we step back and see the bigger picture . . . REFRAME to see this as an opportunity to learn, as supposed to seeing sticky mud that has no rhyme or reason.
Ask. How can I see this moment differently? What can I learn in this here moment? Where is this an opportunity to look anew and see what is really going on?
Take the opportunity. It’s an opportunity to learn. It’s an opportunity to get curious. It’s an opportunity to truly meet whatever comes up with a new awareness. It’s an opportunity to choose to see things differently. It’s an opportunity to step back, and step in to your true Self.
Step back, and reframe.
