We can do and do and do and do and do (and we do) …………………… filling every which moment, just for the sake of filling it.
Or.
We can choose to stay close.
The more we go about ‘doing‘ for the sake of ‘doing‘, the further – it can seem – our experience is from what is truly going on. The more we go about ‘doing‘ for the sake of ‘doing‘, the further – it can feel – that we are from ‘home‘.
So, stay close.
Allow there to be SPACE, without need to rush in and fill it.
Allow yourself to go SLOWER, even just a tiny bit.
And allow it to be SIMPLE, just this.
As we let go of the excess, we allow ourselves to be in close contact with each moment.
As we let go of all that is not vital, we allow ourselves to know that WE are our closest point of contact. That NOW is the closest point of contact, always.
Resistance will come up ………. it just will. Almost as though wrestling with the moment, you will (most likely) not want to allow there to be space, you will (most likely) not want to slow things down, you will (most likely) not want to keep it so simple.
And to be clear, you will be called to do …
However.
Can you be brave enough to let there be space?
Can you be brave enough to slow it all down?
Can you be brave enough to let it be this simple?
Can you be brave enough to pause, stay close, and allow life to reveal itself … in its own time?
