36.UNCONDITIONAL

Where have you, or where are you, imposing conditions? … in relationship with others, and in relationship with yourself?Pause, for a moment . . . and notice. When we place conditions upon our relationships (knowingly, or oftentimes not so knowingly), we limit and control the true potential of what is there to be experienced in the aliveness of that unique moment. In moving in to relationship with the limitation of conditions – with another, or with yourself – there is a dampening of the aliveness of the unknown, there is a damming of the clear flowing of the stream, there is a dismissal of TRUST in favour of having it ‘your way’.

We have all experienced conditional motivations, and we have all experienced UNCONDITIONAL being-ness…

It is your choice how you allow your presence to come forward.

Remember how it feels to be hemmed in by conditions, and remember how it feels to be gifted the limitlessness of unconditionality, and then you choose. You choose how you wish to show up for yourself, and how you wish to show up for others.

Let go of feeble attempts to engineer what you think you want the outcome to be, for THERE ARE NO CONDITIONS TO LOVELet go of placing meaningless manipulations upon your relationships, and allow your thoughts, your actions, your words, your silenceto shine through from the unconditional nature of heart.

The unconditional heart that LOVES for loving, that GIVES for giving, that RECEIVES for receiving, that SUPPORTS another not ‘so that __ ‘, and not ‘only if ___ ‘, but that supports for the simple joy of seeing another thriveThe unconditional heart that is present for the simple boundless joy of being fully present and awake.

Notice where you may be curtailing the aliveness of your unconditional nature, thereby holding yourself back from Life…. and then open.

Open to giving for giving. Open to loving for loving. Open to being for being…… simply because, as my dear friend and teacher Erich would say, “becuase it’s good for you, and it’s good for others too“.

Unconditional = Without conditions or limitations; Complete and not limited in any way; Absolute.
